Railcare Services UK limited is committed to promoting and maintaining a safe environment for our staff, clients, and colleagues, and for those whom, we work around.

Our Directors regard the Health and Safety Policy as being paramount and take all matters of Health, Safety and Welfare seriously and as our top priority.

One of our Directors is NEBOSH Certified and is fully conversant with CDM and London Undergrounds QUENSH Conditions and Working Reference Manual. He is certified and competent to undertake risk assessment and review method statements.

He has held the position of DER, Planning Supervisor and Principal Contractor in his previous roles and projects. Our labour force is fully compliant with the CSCS Schemes. A number of our staff have acquired the relevant training and certification to work on the underground.

In addition we employ external Health and Safety Consultants to Support the business and our employees with their training needs and requirements. They support us in preparation of safety plans and the implementation of safe system of works.

They monitor and audit the Safety Management System to incorporate new legislation, technology and work practices. We are currently in the process of achieving a Quality Management System ISO 9001 and hope to achieve Environmental Management System ISO 14001 in the future.

We have the necessary Insurances for both public and employers liability, to the required value to work on the London Underground sites.
